2022年9月7日，第三届中日资本市场论坛以线上方式成功举办。中国证监会副主席方星海，日本金融厅长官中岛淳一、证券交易监视委员会委员长长谷川充弘出席论坛并致辞。来自中日两国证券期货监管机构、交易所和行业协会的嘉宾代表就中日资本市场最新合作成果、深化中日资本市场合作举措以及老龄社会背景下资本市场的作用等内容展开深入交流。本次论坛上，中国金融期货交易所（以下简称“中金所”）与日本交易所集团宣布签署合作谅解备忘录。双方将在备忘录框架下，适时开展市场信息交流共享、衍生品业务联合研究等交流合作，并探索通过联合开展投资者教育、市场推介等活动，推动双方市场参与者进一步参与彼此衍生品市场。
