德意志交易所在数字资产战略实施两项举措
德意志交易所（DeutscheBoerse）在其数字资产战略中实施了两项关键举措：一是收购一家瑞士加密交易公司（CryptoFinance）的多数股权，该公司是一家专为机构投资者及个人投资者提供数字资产交易及存储服务的公司。二是与德国DZ银行及BayernLB银行合作，以数字智能衍生品合约形式开展场外利率衍生品交易。
港交所启动新的结算平台
港交所（HKEX）将迎来第一批参与者加入其新股票连接结算加速服务Synapse平台的。其表示，该将有包括资管公司、经纪商、托管人和清算所在内的市场参与者参与，使得市场熟悉平台。Synapse计划于2022年推出。

HongKongExchangesandClearing(HKEX)haswelcomedthefirstgroupofparticipantstojointhepilotprogrammeforitsSynapseplatform,thegroup’snewStockConnectsettlementaccelerationservice.Thepilotwillseemarketparticipants,includingassetmanagers,brokers,custodiansandclearinghousestakepartinworkshopsandtestingofSynapse,theAsianexchangegroupsaidonMonday.Theaimistoallowthemarkettofamiliariseitselfwiththeplatform.

IntercontinentalExchangeannouncedrecordgrowthinICE’sNorthAmericanenvironmentalcomplexasincreasingnumbersofparticipantsusethesemarketstopriceandmanageclimaterisk.TheNorthAmericanenvironmentalcomplexismadeupoffuturesandoptionsonCaliforniaCarbonAllowances(CCAs),CaliforniaCarbonOffsets(CCOs),RegionalGreenhouseGasInitiativeAllowances(RGGI),LowCarbonFuelStandard(LCFS)Credits,andRenewableEnergyCertificates(RECs).AverageDailyVolume(ADV)hasgrown20%onaverageeveryyearsince2017,whileopeninteresthitarecordhighofmorethan1.1millioncontractsonJune25.ICEhoststhefourlargestandmostliquidcarboncapandtrademarketsintheworld.
